Best shared workspace in America. Bar none! This location is great, Jeff, Dee, others are fantastic. Would HIGHLY recommend. Fantastic spot in baltimore and short walk to great restaurants and coffee shots

Absolutely gorgeous. Brand new. Everything just beautiful and new and clean. Only reason not giving 5 stars is because parking is tight. This really isn't a neighborhood you walk to, so driving is kind of important. More parking and this place would be perfect.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS CORPORATION ! My story with them starts on February 16, 2021. I was so ecstatic to sign a contract with this company for a small office at $229 per month. The deposit was waived, and although I immediately thought it was too good to be true, I trusted that it was. Well, within 30 minutes of me signing the contract, I received an invoice for $252 (not $229) and an additional pro-rated charge that wasn’t equivalent to the daily rate of the $229. I knew, from that moment, I would be in for a bait-and-switch ride with accounting! For the next two weeks, I contacted the local and regional managers to resolve this matter. Sure, it’s only a $23 difference, but the principle is fraudulent accounting which, you can be sure, will show up later! I paid the agreed upon account balance up through April through a private link, at the regional manager’s recommendation; however, due to the difference in what I agreed to and what they reported, there was a balance. within the two weeks, I began receiving harassing emails from corporate about being delinquent on my account. The balance went from $106 to $600. The local and regional managers complained that they couldn’t reach corporate. I immediately terminated my contract (which was invalid since they never adhered to the agreed upon terms) and returned the key. Now, four months later, after about twenty to thirty emails of my requesting they stop harassing me, that they return my payment as they never fulfilled their end of the agreement to provide an office at the stipulated rate, and from even being charged from January 2021 (before I even knew of this company). They are threatening legal action. This company is fraudulent. They lie. They do not respond to your requests to cancel. They bait and switch. They harass you. They are poor at communicating. Their corporate and regional offices are not in accord. I am thoroughly upset and will be taking further legal action as they are attempting to write this off as a debt on my behalf! DO NOT GET INTO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL CORPORATION!
