I paid 6-7 months without any use, any physical occupation. And then I asked them to terminate the contract. They obligate me to pay +6 months otherwise their legal company will file a claim and obtain that money. I don't recommend to involve with such companies and pay double for nothing.

I don’t recommend it, they are ordinary scammers! It seems to be an international organization, but in fact you pay into the TOV account for the last month of rent (or even 2). And when you evict later, no one is in a hurry to return it to you, telling you that it’s Finnish. They have a department in Barcelona (despite the fact that who the contract is with and to whose account the payment goes has nothing to do with Barcelona). Only after a certain number of calls, letters and complaints were 2 deposits returned, one and a half months overdue. BUT, they did not return the entire amount. The invoices indicate the same deposit amount, but they returned 1100-1200 UAH less for each agreement. I give you these 2300 UAH and wait for WeWork to come into our country one day, eat you and not notice you.

Good offices for rent, but a little expensive if you combine all the services. And even the parking lot is very overpriced.
