Absolutely disastrous management. For the cost of offices 4 times higher than the market, you get a complete lack of service, aggressive staff and a desire to fuck clients at absolutely every step. There is no office security, any employee of the business center can enter, the quality of cleaning is zero. Absolutely all the promises that are made at the stage of sale are not kept. Even furniture that should be included in the price will be given out through 9 circles of hell. The internet is not good enough for making video calls. Any request is processed for ages. There is no sense from the staff at the reception, their task is to spoil the mood. Deposits are not given. All this is very disappointing, since the building is very beautiful and the renovation is done well. We worked here for almost a year and rented 3 offices.

The cost of services does not correspond to the level of service! I highly recommend it. After renting a conference room for several hours and, of course, paying through the terminal on site before the rental starts, managers call throughout the year and ask for payment (allegedly they cannot find payment). But how would they let me in there without paying? After repeatedly providing several different managers from different departments with the receipt from the card statement, letters from debt collectors just recently began. Every time I send a receipt, they tell me everything is ok, after a couple of months the situation repeats itself and another company representative or collector gets in touch. In addition to the apologies, which apparently the company does not know about, they continue to systematically contact me, demand, and ultimately, when they see the receipt, they say that everything is ok. Be extremely careful, there are many alternative options with much more comfortable conditions and service.
