The location is visually appealing, but there are significant issues with the staff, particularly the receptionists. I arrived at the venue 30 minutes before my scheduled session and asked if I was in the right place. Unfortunately, the receptionists were unhelpful and evasive, stating that they couldn't confirm anything until the appointment time. Despite my insistence that this meant I was in the correct location, the staff showed disinterest and didn't engage in further communication. I'm planning to inform my recruitment department that this establishment is unsuitable for hosting any future training events.

Great accessible location in the heart of London. Victoria Train Station & London Victoria Tube Station are just few steps away. By the way, I collected a great thought from the ground floor of Spaces that day.

Wonderful staff and excellent all round service from Janai, Zara and Radka. They go out of their way to make sure the Spaces experience is good. If there were more stars, I would select them.

Lovely Space. Shocking receptionist. I have a dedicated desk at Spaces, and I was given a lot of grief when I walked in. Treat your clients with respect.
