Amazing location! I arrived from Liverpool main station and was surprised to find the hotel in the same buildingβso convenient and close to everything, right next to the city center. The hotel is very stylish, clean, and beautifully designed with amazing art.
The staff were friendly and polite, and my room was clean and comfortable. I stayed for one night and really enjoyed my stay. The only small thing was that my room didnβt have a view, but I hope next time I get a better one!
Overall, well done to the managementβgreat hotel! Just treat me nicely next time and give me a room with a nice view, please. π
Would definitely stay again!

I have stayed in this hotel on multiple occasions. The staff are so helpful and accommodating. I am yet to have a bad meal in the restaurant; the food and choice is fantastic. Thankfully the menu changes regularly, as I'm here a lot. There is an adequate gym (would benefit from some heavier weights) and the room facilities are perfect. Last time I stayed, they forgot to clean my room during the day. One call to reception and it was done straight away to the usual high standard. The beds are so comfortable and despite being next to the station I never really notice the noise from the trains. I will definitely be back.

Couldn't get much closer to Liverpool Lime Street. You barely get out of the station and you're in the hotel. It's got a great style, beds are comfortable, and I couldn't really hear much noise from the trains even though my 'view ' was of the station roof.
The towels are big enough for those that are larger like myself. Breakfast was decent. Free cocktail in the bar was very welcome!

Pretty average stay at this hotel. It was clean, quirky and in a great location but the room way noisy and the pillows were very soft with no choice to change to a harder one.
The staff were great but a slight annoyance when I asked not to be indoctrinated into the Radison club then found emails in my inbox this morning with my new membership number. I doubt we would return.

Overall a mixed stay at the Radisson Red Liverpool. First of all, the location is excellent and well placed to visit many sights in central Liverpool. You couldn't get any closer to Liverpool station, as you literally walk out of the station, round the corner and you are there. The breakfast was also good, with plenty of food in buffet, with options for directly cooked eggs. However there were some challenges with the staff, which were dissapointing, especially as a VIP rewards member. On check in despite availability, no room upgrade was offered and no status recognition was given. On querying the manager for upgrade, he mentioned there was no availability. I did query this with him as upgraded rooms were clearly visible on the Radisson site, at which point he told me that he would need to check how much I had paid for my room before giving an upgrade. Overall a very strange experience, which could have been made a lot better, especially as an upgrade was given in the end anyway. There was also a small issue at breakfast where we sat down at table, only to be told that it was already occupied. We moved due to this, but in the entire 45 mins we were at breakfast nobody sat at the table we were originally at and it remained empty without reserved sign. Again a little frustrating. Overall with some small training, I think the hotel could be very good.
