I went the other day to visit different companies in the Coppell area, and I was so impressed by how I was greeted at the Regus office and how professional the lady at the front desk was with me. She was working alone and was dealing with another customer. As I entered that office, she still acknowledged me and I felt very respected, and she said she would be right with me. I asked her for an email from the company as well as for her name. She told me her name was Paola. I think Paola should be training people for all companies. She has a gift that many do not. You are lucky to have her on your staff. I think you can all learn a lot from her.

The office space is generally nice and we’ll laid out. My issue was (1) I was given an office that had pet fur all over. If you’re going to allow pets - then you need to clean the space properly before allocating it to someone else. (2). It’s just very difficult to find. There are no clear markers anywhere and they just don’t pick up the phone.

This center is well kept and clean. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The area is very safe and has security 24/7. The other clients are very kind and professional. I like that it is close to the DFW airport. You do have to stay on top of your billing and ask for help. The ladies at the front desk are always ready to help. If you are looking for a very professional office space, this is worth a look. My clients are always impressed with this office space.
