Unfortunately I was drawn to this because of a beautiful marketing campaign. I signed up online hesitantly and wished I would have trusted my instincts. Their responsiveness to customer service questions are extremely slow and their call answering service is very misleading. Cancelling their service even if you have not and will never use it will cost you dearly. Be careful of all of the small print as their are some unreasonable conditions designed to trap you into renewals you don't want. I highly recommend you do you due diligence before deciding on Regus and this facility.

Regus is a total scam! I dealt with Mandi. She is a very dishonest and disgusting individual. She told me there was a 7-day option period to cancel the contract. I cancelled the contract and now four months later I am getting a bill from a collection agency for $42,752.34! I never even moved into the office space plus I cancelled the contract and I have an email from Regus terminating the contract. Regus is the absolute worse business decision any small business owner can make. You have been warned!!!
