No way! Stay away, Jose. This place is awful from A to Z. To begin, they had us scheduled to move in on a Saturday. As our entire office took this day to move all of our office over, we arrived with non-working key cards. We had to wait 2 hours for someone to come and let us in. He was rude and downright condescending like it was our fault. During the summer, the A/C never worked. Our room had gunk all over the floor and it took them ages to get us our office equipment. When we moved out, they charged us $600 for a "move-out fee" that was on our initial contract that we signed, but they intentionally left out the cost. They intentionally made it vague so they could charge whatever they wanted when we left. This location is awful. It's no wonder everyone is leaving -- more than half the space is not occupied.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The A/C has NOT worked in 4 weeks!! Its sweltering in these units and not management isn't doing anything proactive about it. When the A/C is working (rarely) and you want A/C on the weekends they charge you $100 per day. This place sucks!

Not good anymore. The management does not care about tenants anymore. The office will be either freezing or too hot. Janitorial sucks. Do not lease here.

Since the center has gone under new management it has been better than ever! I truly appreciate Julian and Maribel up front as they are always willing to help me through anything! You guys are the best!!
