This is THE WORST third party to use for your virtual business address. I would not recommend this location or company to any business owner who wants to run a reputable company. They've double billed me for services for consecutive months, I've been paying for mail forwarding services but I haven't received my business mail for almost 7 months! You have to call them or go to the building to get your mail forwarded, although that's what you're paying to avoid. They've made promises to update my account information but do not follow through until you call and ask them repeatedly to do what's expected of them. They've even initiated a debt collector to come after me for mistakes in their accounting books. This a very sloppy and unprofessional business! Save yourself the headache and find another location.

I have visited many Regus offices and this has by far been my best experience. The front desk team is truly great to work with and was very friendly and helpful to me as I utilized the coworking spaces at this office. I wouldn't hesitate to give them a try.

UPDATE: Dominion Plaza reached out after my 1 star review and by the end of the week we had our furniture installed. I appreciated all they did. You don't actually sign a contract with the Dominion Plaza Regus, it is through the sales team and in my opinion that is where the problem lies. Once you sign the contract do not expect any more support from the sales team. I'm changing my review to 3 stars ONLY because of the help from Dominion Plaza, the office manager has been awesome to work with. (End of Update) Very disappointed with the service provided by the Sales Team. We signed a contract on March 1st for an April 1st move in date. The furniture design was approved on March 19th. The furniture has not been moved into the office. They won't tell me when it will be moved in. They won't change the date on the contract. Needless to say we are paying for an office that we can't use. They are not responding to my emails or phone calls.
