Do NOT lease here. Offered me discounted to sign a lease. My concern was I would not be ready to move it. I told him we might need up to 60 more days. The sales agent said as long as we let them know before we moved in he could get us 30 days min and try for 60 days. We ended up signing. My fault… Now I’m being told nothing I could do and was denied. Basically it’s a pressure sales tactic to get you to sign and they don’t hold to their word. Lease anywhere but here.

Stay away From These Rip-offs!!! Corporate Spaces is the worst scam and unfair place! I rented from Spaces just before Co_Vid and after the initial shutdown they completely locked me out from the genral area I was renting during the whole pandemic until they re-opened. They billed me $1900 for a closed office! Can you believe it? I called and e-mailed corporate and they rudely refused to credit my account. Next, I was sent to collections for the $1900. They would not budge either. I was forced to pay because my name and new start-up company could not afford the credit hit and a judgement being assessed against it. Don't let this happen to you!!! Stay away and go to a more reutable place!

They have removed the large conference rooms, utensils, and plates and have unfinished construction throughout the office space. Hoping we can get out of here ASAP, do not recommend at all!

CONSUMER BEWARE; Still have not returned my deposit and when I call they just direct you to email support that doesn’t respond.
