I had an account here with a previously owned brand for about 2 years. The service was great, but it is a nightmare getting out of contract with them. They have the accounts set up on auto renewal and when I dissolved the business, they sent emails to an email address that was no longer active to renew. I’m no tech genius but if you send an email to an inactive account, it normally sends an error message. I reached out to them once I saw my banking statement and informed them of the error, and they are adamant about forcing me to keep this account that I do not need. I didn’t argue about payments they’d already received, I simple wanted to terminate the contract. My business ended in June of 2021 and the LLC was dissolved, but I continued to pay the final term per the agreement. This is unfair and predatory. They also refuse to put me in contact with the litigator to resolve the matter and I’ve been told several times by the help desk that someone from the office would contact me to no resolve. I do not recommend this service. Update: Their collections department is now contacting me and they still have yet to terminate the contract for a business that no longer exists! Read the reviews of other locations, the result is the same. My attorney will be taking over from here.
