Positives - close to Lapland UK and legoland. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Negatives - Extremely loud music from the gym. Food not worthy of price. I regret to say that our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the room size was decent, our first-floor room faced the gym, subjecting us to disruptive bass-heavy music until 8 o'clock at night—far from ideal for a family room. The morning brought another round of music starting at 6 o'clock. Although our toddler's good bedtime habits saved us from further inconvenience, it was far from an ideal situation. The dinner service in the restaurant/bar was commendable, with friendly and attentive staff, but the food, particularly the steak and mixed grill, was excessively seasoned, overwhelmingly peppery. Breakfast, however, was satisfactory. Overall, I'm hesitant to consider staying here again. A suggestion for improvement would be to assign families with children to rooms farther away from the gym and its accompanying loud music.

The staff in the pub are truly exceptional. Dean's and Haz's knowledge of the menu and drink recommendations created a personal touch to our evening. Kenzy's friendly smile created a warm welcome. Kelsey's attentiveness created a welcoming atmosphere, and Charlie's sense of humor kept us entertained throughout our visit she is an excellent manager, her whole teams combined efforts made our time at the pub truly fantastic.

Really friendly and very helpful staff members. Extremely welcoming and polite. I enjoyed the stay because of them. Haz, is a master at cocktails, definitely need to try one his mixes 10/10. Thanks my friend. Awesome dude!

Member of gym. Can’t comment on rooms Lovely gym really friendly staff. Changing rooms very clean. Always have a coffee and Kurt is always really helpful don’t even have to give our order , he remembers even that we need cold milk and brings order to us. Brilliant service.

Kassandra is the best! She fixed my booking. She also went above and beyond and got me souvenirs because I arrived late and had an early flight. The rooms are great and the gym too!
