just to remind you guys before renting office here. they charge you 45-60 days in advance for rental payment. and if you pay a little later than the due, the penalty charge is about 1600+ THB which is very unreasonable. Location is great and services are great though, their only problem is the unreasonable payment charge.

Great of service office, all the staff are very kind and their service are excellent. Very good location and convenience for travelling to the Bangkok center or other provinces that can be reached by taxi, bus or even easy connect to the sky train.
