Regus Twickenham is awesome. The place is always clean, kept well and the staff are super friendly. Alya is very helpful and professional as are the others. The internet is fast which is not the case with all Regus locations. Highly recommended!

Mainly disappointing, not all bad but certainly frustrating. For the first month of moving in the key fobs didn’t work, despite raising the problem every time I was there. Asked for a sofa to be put in the office before we moved in, that took weeks. Also asked for lockers to be moved out which took over a month and I must have asked 5 times. Endless problems with the parking space. Out of hours security are just plain rude and won’t open the car park gate at the weekend, there is no fob entry so you are at their mercy. Walls are thin & you can hear people on the phone in next door office all day. They like to sting you with hidden charges too, beware. On the plus side, the cafe in reception is great. Seeing as the rent on a small office is the same as a mortgage on a 4 bed house, you would expect a little more.

Positive working environment and well suited for our growing business. Location is ideal next to Twickenham station. Highly professional front desk team who respond to all enquiries promptly and make working here a pleasure. Offices are kept very clean and with decent kitchen facilities. Great coffee shop downstairs also.
