For several years this used to be a nice, well maintained office space with good onsite cafe and facilities. Over the last few months things have gone quickly downhill. Simple maintenance tasks are not being kept on top of, reception staff are often not there (which has resulted in missed deliveries for us) and their communications are poor, parking can be problematic and the new café tenants seem to have lost the plot as they are now several weeks in and their offer is very poor. Meeting rooms have been rented out. The kitchen chat with fellow tenants is now invariably about how bad the building has become. Suggest avoid until under new management.

Significantly diminshed experience, unfortunatetly. We used to use this location for our monthly meetings, but due to recent changes - we'll have to find a new location to use. The meeting rooms are no longer actual meeting rooms - they're offices that often aren't suitable for actual meetings. Front of house staff are friendly enough, but seem largely helpless when it comes to dealing with issues / concerns. The car park now costs £6 for 4 hours parking, even when you're paying for a meeting room, where previously it was free. Worst of all - the cafe has gone from providing a good range of products (including breakfast and lunch items) to just coffee, and one or two supplementary items, several of which have been 'out of stock' when I've come to order them. Sadly a definite downturn on all counts. We'll be finding somewhere else to meet in future.

The cafe inside spaces took the decision to become horrible within the last month. Terrible lack of options and disgusting food. If you're coming bring lunch. Mouldy cheese on a jacket potato
