I have been a tenant here for over 2 yrs and it’s never been wonderful but the 2 ladies working at the front desk currently are not helpful and should not be in a customer-facing position. I was treated as if I am an inconvenience to them and unimportant simply because I asked for clarification on an email I was sent. I will be moving my business from this location and I do not recommend anyone else lease from here.

Tami who runs the front desk is excellent and vital to the success of these Regus office suites. Tami and Allisa are professional welcoming clients and while I don't know how Regus does on the business side - they definitely need to keep the administrative assistants Tami & Allisa because they get 5 stars - without them it would not be 5 stars.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Service is horrible. Billing is a scam. I only had mail service over 2 years ago when my contract was up I didn’t renew. These people are still billing me. Some lady called me and threaten me over $50 mail service. Stop harassing me.

Staff is good but the company is terrible. They renewed my account without me knowing and are now threatening me with collections
