I have been dreading this since I am a tolerant individual . I have had enough of this place. I cannot express enough my disappointment after being a customer for 5 years. I was always nice to individuals at this office and respectful. The service declined and I understood since they were short staffed during COVID-19. Again I am quite tolerant. I however cannot and will not accept being lied to and ignored. I had three contracts total with this office space and during my third one I noticed that my office wasn't painted or cleaned as it should have been. I showed the staff (Marvan Pilgrim)this and they explained to me that because the office had not been painted my restoration fee would be void at the end of my two years. In 2021 two months before the end of my contract I contacted staff about this and I reminded them of their written agreement of voiding my restoration fee. I was told this was going to be taken care of. To my surprise after a month of me being out of that office I get charged a restoration fee to which I call the office manager. He becomes hostile and tells me I have to speak to the person who I had talked about my restoration fee waive. I call this person and he assured me he will work on it. I get no proof of this but instead I am ignored for months. My emails aren't replied to and my phone calls are ignored. Due to my frustration my husband calls this person who continues to ignore me and tells him (my husband) that he will call me since he has submitted a request about this. Oh but it gets better, I contact the help desk and they tell me they have to speak to this office (obviously this claim was never done by this office). I now get an email by this company (from their help desk never from the actual office) that I am supposed to pay a retainer because it is only fair to the new clients. What? Are you serious. I have no words. I am infuriated to be told that other clients are supposed to be treated fairly when I obviously wasn't treated this way. My office was not "restored" before I got in so why on Earth am I going to pay for other people to have it restored. This is completely unacceptable and it is such a shame to be dealing with this. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Completely disappointed!
